Presentation of the digital EVA tool

Goal

Present the EVA system which should allow integration actors to have factual elements of positioning of transversal skills and certain basic knowledge (numeracy and literacy) in order to identify the adapted systems and facilitate orientation towards basic skills training (Fle, Cléa, OCB) ...

Context and challenges

For people who do not have diplomas, convincing professional experience or for those who are furthest from the job market, access to employment and / or training is a national issue. While the CV only represents 20% of a candidate's employability, the approach through cognitive and transversal skills should be favored, because it promotes learning and opens up potential.

The assessment and promotion of these skills is therefore a factor in accelerating the return to employment and training. Yet no tool makes it easy, quick and fun to measure these skills.

EVA aims to establish itself as a standard for the evaluation of transversal skills through serious mini video games, for a public far from the job market, in particular people in a situation of illiteracy. In November 2019, the product that was called Professional Skills changed its name to eva.
